To register, print this form, fill it out, and mail to address below. I have completed an On Course I Workshop and plan on attending the following On Course II Workshop:
Cost of the workshops is $1095, which INCLUDES EVERYTHING BUT TRAVEL. Payment includes registration for the 4-day workshop, 3-nights' lodging, all meals at the retreat center, and all workshop supplies! Cost of the workshops for commuters is $960, which INCLUDES EVERYTHING ABOVE EXCEPT LODGING. Commuting may be a good option if 1) you live close enough to the conference site to commute from home or 2) all of the sleeping rooms at the conference site are taken and you stay at a nearby hotel. For a list of hotels for each site, see our FAQ (Question #2). NOTE: Enrollment is limited, so please send your registration in early. It would be wise to send an email and confirm that spaces are available as historically On Course II Workshops have filled fast. For additional information, including descriptions of our unique workshop sites and travel information, please see our FAQ (Question #2).
