After having students write affirmations, I collect one from each student and place these on a PowerPoint presentation. When students come to the next class, I have the slide show clicking along on the screen, with inspiring music playing in the background. The combination of affirmations and music creates an inspiring atmosphere, it reinforces the previous lesson, and the experience allows students to see what others have written and the qualities they are working on. My students love it.
